Who We Are
Pat Lutzky, Principle
A graduate of New York Institute of Art and Design in both Interior Design and Home Staging, Pat has over 10 years experience in staging and marketing homes for sale. She has worked in senior living for over 25 years, specializing in home design and staging for the retiree. Having also worked for a time in real estate sales, Pat brings a broad perspective to her staging approach.
The Team
Melissa Rudder, Staging Assistant
Melissa has worked in staging for almost ten years. Her keen eye for balance and harmony ensures quality in every space. Melissa specializes in accessory selection and placement as well as adding those finishing touches that make every home look its best. Melissa also assumes responsibility for logistics, scheduling and other tasks essential to a smooth staging process.
Movers & Other Vendors
We rely on a team of outside vendors that includes moving companies, house cleaners, and other contractors that may be needed to complete the staging process. All of the vendors we work with have been fully vetted by us, are insured and bonded, and have been selected based on each vendor’s long history of dependability and quality workmanship.
